I just looked at my calendar and realized the month is almost over! October is Breast Cancer month, and I know I talked about this before, but this is pretty much the last chance we’ll get to sport some pretty pink jewelry for a cause . . . well, until next year, anyway!

So, I started looking at all the gorgeous pink items that are available over at My Jewelry Box and found these treasures. I’m definitely getting this one, did you know sapphires come in pink? It’s the perfect bracelet for a luncheon out with the girls, but it goes just as well in a more elegant setting, don’t you think? One can never have too much all-purpose jewelry.

Have you noticed how many celebs are popping up wearing pink sapphires? There may be a very good reason why these smart divas are wearing sapphires instead of pink diamonds - the hefty price tag.

Pink diamonds are extremely rare and very expensive. Pink sapphires on the other hand sparkly almost as brightly and cost much, much less.

Hey every night can’t be a red carpet night, which means that these celebs have to occasionally, dare I say it, buy their own jewels instead of borrowing them from world famous jewelers.

It just goes to show that many of our favorite celebs have beauty, talent and shopping savvy.
Just one more reason to be envious, I guess.
