Now that I’m back from a day in the spa, I went to check my favorite nook and found this:
That beauty brought me to tears. Wouldn’t you love a beauty like that for your engagement ring, dahlings?
I mean, I’ve never really been into diamond solitaires before, but this.. This is sheer beauty. I was beside myself when I saw that, and I realized then how other women could go gaga over diamond solitaires. Now I am going gaga, too.

It may sound like being a cheapskate, but you have to acknowledge that the price of petrol is up, and you still might be paying off your grad school tuition. So, you know, it’s always better to be practical.
