Need to Bring Peace to Your Life? Wear Amethyst

I don’t know about you but my life has been a bit of a hectic frenzy lately. I tried yoga and tai chi but nothing was helping. Finally a friend suggested that I wear Amethyst jewelry. Now of course she had me from the word shopping but I was intrigued to learn that Amethyst is known for its calming qualities.
It also happens to be a royal stone due to its purple color and is usually incorporated in some way in royal jewelry. So you can feel calm and regal while wearing them.
And some even claim that it can help you sleep at night. Try placing an amethyst under your pillow and see for yourself. As for me, I intend to test this out personally asap!
On the one hand I may find inner peace and on the other I get to shop. It is truly a win win situation. Now I wonder if my HMO covers this? I must go and check that out.
