The Black Pearl - Not Just a Ship on the Pirates of the Carribean
Hi Girls
I just got finished watching the Pirates of the Caribbean, the Curse of the Black Pearl, with that scrumptious Jonny Depp. I love his adventures and how Elizabeth Swan really gets to strut her stuff as both a lady and a pirate.
Black Pearls first began to be cultivated in Tahiti by Jean-Marie Dormand, now considered the father of the Black Pearl. By the early 1970s they were shipping about $152 million dollars worth of these beauties.
Jack’s ship, as you know, is named after that lovely and mysterious gem the black pearl. This particular piece of jewelry is one that you don’t see too many women wearing and yet when they do, it certainly catches your eye.
I find black pearls seductive. They have a certain dark mystery to them, don’t you think?
For those of you who think glistening white pearls are a bit too “pure” take a walk on the wild side and get yourself some stunning black freshwater pearls. You may be pleasantly surprised at the amount of admiring attention you receive.
SMILES!
